Absolutely! We offer complimentary message cards with every order. Simply include your message in the order notes, and we’ll make sure it’s included with your delivery.
Yes! We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, birthday get togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. We primarily work off of what’s currently available on our website, but are happy to discuss details with you.
We recommend placing your order at least a week in advance on major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and holidays. On other occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery
Yes, we offer same-day delivery from 9AM – 11PM in the areas we deliver. Please note that same-day delivery may not be available during peak holiday periods.
Enjoy a complimentary standard shipping for orders over 15 Rials within Maabela to Qurum. A nominal fee of 2 Rials applies for deliveries to other locations.
Yes, our minimum amount for delivery for a floral arrangement is 6 Rials (not including delivery fee). The starting price for our bouquets is 6 Rials. If you wish to order something below our delivery minimum, you may call us to place an order for store pickup.
Our top priority is ensuring swift delivery of your flowers. Your order will be delivered within the selected time frame specified during checkout. Please be aware that our delivery window is from 9am to 11pm, considering daily variations in routes and traffic. Rest assured, your flowers will arrive as fast as possible!
Yes! An email confirmation will be sent to your email address once the flowers have been successfully delivered.
Payment
We currently accept payments via the Thawani Payment gateway for local banks, extending our services to major banks across all GCC countries.
